Nicole has provided clinical treatment to youth, families, and adults in correctional, outpatient, in home and community based settings. She holds certificates from Boston University in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Therapy. She has completed her 200 HR YTT through Raffa Yoga, and Reiki Level 1 certificate. Since a young age she was drawn and encouraged by her family to seek alternative and holistic ways to heal the mind, body and spirit. Throughout her work she has continued to be motivated and passionate for supporting those she serves to find their inner strength, resilience, and gratitude for life, and in turn their authentic self. Nicole is excited to bring her passion through Epione to the community and is beyond grateful for everyone who supports the mission she holds so close to her heart; to provide Holistic Healing focused on soothing pain and creating positive changes in the whole body, mind, and spirit.

Heather Duquette, LICSW
Heather initially embarked on her career in social work in 2006 when she worked with youth committed to the Department of Youth Services in a secure lockup treatment program, as well as in a community based program assisting committed youth to create a more positive path for their life post lockup. Heather went on to obtain her Masters of Social Work from Boston University in 2011 and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, as well as a licensed School Adjustment Counselor. Heather has provided clinical treatment to individuals of varying ages in a variety of settings which include a youth commission, a child and adolescent partial hospital program, a community mental health agency, and a school setting. Heather spent the majority of her post graduate career providing intensive outreach family therapy to youth and their family members who struggle with serious emotional struggles. Simultaneously, Heather worked in her agency’s mental health clinic providing individual therapy, running groups in local community schools, as well as conducting and writing adoption assessments for the agency’s adoption program. Heather currently works full time as a school adjustment counselor for the Easton Public School system. Heather is a strengths based clinician who is passionate about empowering those she works with to fully connect, accept, and appreciate their authentic self and their story as a means for overcoming and healing from emotional stress and struggles.

Rosie Lape, Undergraduate Intern
Rosie is a rising junior at Lesley University studying Expressive Arts Therapy. She has enjoyed exploring the connection between the arts and healing, and is excited to share movement, music, theater, art, and literature with others. Rosie hopes that through her internship at Epione she will better understand which population she would like to work with. Rosie is passionate about helping others overcome the challenges and transitions in life, and trusting the process.
Phylicia McDonald, LCSW
Group Therapist and Outpatient Therapist
Since graduating from Simmons with a MSW, Phylicia has worked as an in home therapist with many children and their families. Phylicia has worked with children ranging from ages 3-21 with various needs. She has cherished the times she has been able to help them meet their goals and be successful at home, school and in the community. She enjoys playing soccer but loves coaching soccer to children even more. The joy she gets in life is to see the happiness, peace and joy in a child.

Jill is a leader, entrepreneur and change maker. She is deeply passionate about the power of energy healing and the impact it brings to a person seeking change. Using energy practices, nutrition, and doTERRA essential oils, Jill empowers others to improve their lives, feel better, and work through life’s challenges to understand their full potential. As an energy practitioner she brings balance to both physical and emotional challenges. Jill is able to help her clients experience heart healing and freedom through the release of what no longer serves. She knows that her true purpose is to touch the heart of those she encounters.
Jane Morse, LMHC
Reiki Practitioner, Individual Licensed Therapist, and Holistic Health and Wellness Group and Workshop Leader.
Since graduating from Boston College in 2004 with a degree in Mental Health Counseling, Jane has provided therapy to a variety of different populations. She has worked with men and women of all ages and occupations, male teenagers involved with the Department of Youth Services, and children ages 6 and up. Jane has been on a journey of personal growth and spiritual development since 2012. During this time, she rediscovered herself through nature, self-reflection, and opening up to the universe. It was this journey that brought Jane to her current path of holistic healing. Jane is committed to helping people live their lives to the fullest potential by finding and knowing their true self. Jane is now a trained Reiki Master, as well as Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Jane finds her peace in nature, and volunteers when she can to assist rescued animals (horses, wolves, and hybrids).

Lisa Mitrano Nastar, LCSW
LCSW, MEd, Reiki Master Level Practitioner
Lisa has a BS in education from Lesley University and received her MSW from Boston University in 1999, masters in education in 2000. She has worked with children and adults along with their families, with special healthcare/developmental needs for over 30 years. After spending 15 years at home nurturing her three children, she is now sharing that gift with others.
Her focus is on helping/educating others on how to reduce stress and anxiety through a variety of individualized holistic techniques. She has completed training in yoga cognitive behavioral therapy (Y-CBT) for treating anxiety. Lisa is also a Masters level Reiki Practitioner. She is currently accepting new clients for wellness consultations, Reiki sessions, individual and group therapy in Y-CBT. She is available afternoons, evenings and Saturday mornings.
Christel Charlesworth, LICSW

Since graduating from Simmons College School of Social Work in 2006, Christel has worked in various healthcare settings. It was in this work that she sought out and was drawn to alternative and holistic ways to heal the mind, body and spirit for herself and her clients. With a particular interest in mindfulness, meditation and stress reduction techniques, Christel has a passion for working with people to find their happiest, healthiest and most authentic self. She is a certified professional organizer as well as trained in Reiki Level II. She enjoys anything that gets her outdoors to enjoy this beautiful Earth; hiking, skiing, camping and traveling.
