Corinne Harvie, MA, LMHC

OutPatient THerapist

Corinne began her career after receiving a masters degree in Art Therapy in 1998 from Lesley University. For several years she worked as a therapist/educator in a therapeutic day school. She had the opportunity to work alongside psychologists, psychiatrists, expressive therapists and educators to provide a holistic learning environment with clinical and therapeutic support for some of the most vulnerable and mentally ill children ages 3-12. In 2001, she became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and received her certification in special education in 2003, allowing her to work in the public school setting, where she remained for 20 years. She was employed as a school adjustment counselor for 13 years. As a colleague in the public school, she often supported her peers which has allowed her to expand her clients from not only children but to adults as well. This past fall she began her own private practice.

Developing relationships and connection to provide a safe environment for her clients to grow and feel supported with a strength based focus is her approach. Corinne has worked with a variety of diagnoses including, ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, struggles with learning, and trauma. She has a graduate certificate in Trauma Informed Care through Lesley University.

Corinne currently accepts Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, and United Health Care.
